For accidental damage, Coop occasionally can offer repair/replacement materials and instructions at a minimal cost.
What Is Not Covered
Despite the utmost confidence in Coop products, the warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect Assembly: Please use the instructional guides and videos to ensure proper assembly. They will make your life easier!
- Misuse & Modifications: Coop does not recommend making physical modifications to the products, or using inappropriate maintenance products or tools.
- Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, discoloration and other forms of normal wear and tear are not covered.
- Surface Rust: Minor rust once in-use outdoors can occur, and is easily addressed with a touch-up of metal paint.
- External Factors: Damage from natural events, pests/predators, or other accidents is not covered.
